It’s that time of the year again, time to turn on your TV and put on America’s favorite sport. That’s right, the National Football League (NFL) season is starting. The pre-season games kicked off on August 7th with the Baltimore Ravens facing off against the Indianapolis Colts. The real season will not start until September 4th, when the Dallas Cowboys and Philadelphia Eagles go head-to-head.

With rookie draft picks such as Cam Ward and Travis Hunter making a big splash, this NFL season is guaranteed to be an exciting one. Surrounded by this new talent, we still can’t forget about the NFL’s current legends, though. Players like Jaylen Hurts, Lamar Jackson, and Patrick Mahomes are prepping for yet another outstanding year. This NFL season is sure to be marked by a variety of both young and old players.

The Eagles seem to be a fan favorite as of now due to last year’s Super Bowl win. The Eagles took control of the game, winning with a score of 40-22 against the Kansas City Chiefs.

As usual, underdogs should never be overlooked. Some of these teams to be on the lookout for include the Washington Commanders and Tennessee Titans. 

Washington’s quarterback, Jayden Daniels, had an outstanding season, leading the team to a record of 12 wins and 5 losses while also getting them second place in the National Football Conference (NFC) East Division. 

The Titans had the first draft pick of the season and signed promising quarterback Cam Ward from the University of Miami.

With all of these changes to both players and coaching, this season’s title could belong to any one of the teams. Fans, keep tuned in to the games and make sure not to miss it. It’s sure to be one for the books.
